• Bachelor Degree or above of Information Technology or related
•  1 year experience at least as IT Support, IT Engineer or related positions
•  Have CCNA certificate is an advantage
•  Having knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012 and Linux platform
•  Willing to learn new things
•  Good teamwork and patient
•  Willing to travel if needed
•  Other duties per assigned from superior

• Operate backup all company data and applications and do the restoration when needed.
•  Connection with LANs and WAN
•  Support IT Operation and maintenance on CooTel‘s HQ and Branch
•  Support all network issues, including support and maintenance of:
•  Finger print problems
•  Databases
•  Software and Hardware problems
•  Network and Internet Connection
•  Lotus notes server and client application
•  Printing, Scanning, Fax, and Camera security
•  Using Ms Office
•  Virus Security
•  Telecommunication (PABX, VOIP, Desk phone, Extension)
