• Configure and install various computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, e-mail, basecamp, skype … etc)
• Configure and install POS Terminal
• Configure and install mPOS Terminal
• Configure and install AVAYA Call Client
• Configure Wi-Fi System
• CCTV System Monitoring
• Support Related to Office Network Infrastructure
• Maintenance TMS (Terminal Management System)
• Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system
• Authorize staffs fingerprint to authorized area (Merge above point)
• Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, POS, mPOS, Simfonie are working properly to provide high productivity to team
• Monitor transaction status in Core System of merchants, customers and partners and escalate issue to management level
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the Pi Pay’s IT assets; PC, laptop, POS, mPOS
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes
