• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience with commercial bank/MFI.
• Experience in database programming languages (Oracle is preferable)
• Experience of core banking system (ICBA is preferable)
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficient in English, both writing and speaking.
• Able to follow the working time 9.30am to 6.30pm.

• Communicate with business users to understand the business needs, including core banking issues;
• Analyze the business needs, liaise with related stakeholders and vendors to determine the best technical solution, and evaluate the impact of the changes made;
• Constantly follow up the related stakeholders and vendors to ensure the solutions and root cause are identified;
• Prepare the testing environment for business users and implement the solution in production environment;
• Participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing of new system functionality;
• Develop the system application procedures/guidelines, and provide training to the users;
• Build scripts to produce reports as per regulations and business needs;
• Perform Start of Day (SOD), End of Day (EOD), and End of Month (EOM);
• Ensure compliance to policies, standards and the best practices in all activities related to application systems;
• Perform other matters ancillary to the above and any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
