• The IT Manager is responsible to manage and drive IT financial applications throughout the SDLC from the inception phase until the delivery within the project scope, budget and quality. In addition, you will act as single point of contact in Cambodia among various units, such as Business Analyst, Development team, QA, IT Operations and various stakeholders regarding the functions and lifecycle of applications.
• You will also be responsible to manage project risk, manage production issue and provide response in a timely manner.
• We are seeking a productive and efficient IT Professional who possesses good English communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and able to drive project proactively.
• You must have good time management skills and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

•  Recognized Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline in IT
•  Minimum 8 years of systems development experience in medium and large projects environment having exposure as developer, technical lead/system analyst, business analyst and/or project manager
•  Must have experience as software engineer/programmer/developer for at least 5 years 
•  Able to communicate well in English (oral and writing) with business users and technical staff.
•  Strong project management skills, able to proactively drive projects, manage timeline and risk, and deliver the project within budget. 
•  Must have strong hands on knowledge of application/web programming using .Net or Java or C# and MS SQL, able to develop application, perform code review and optimized SQL query. 
•  Exposure to .Net MVC, jQuery, MongoDB, Node.js, HTML5, FIX protocol or API connectivity will be added advantage
•  Good understanding with Software Development Lifecycle and IT infrastructure
•  PMP/Prince 2/CITM certification will be an added advantage
•  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
•  Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented with excellent leadership capabilities
•  Experience in Financial Industry will be an added advantage
