• Cambodian nationality
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (Programming) or other relevant degree 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in banking / finance sector 
• Strong background and experience with core banking system 
• Knowledge in compliance and regulations of banking industry
• Demonstrated experience in software application implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player, can work independently and under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• English language proficiency. Chinese language is a plus.

• Functional support of the Core Banking system and interdependent interfaces.
• Update and upgrade Configuration and patches management of the Core Banking system.
• Manage and support integration of the Core Banking system with other interconnected applications.
• Draft and Implement the IT Disaster Recovery Plan in collaboration with the IT team. Ensure that Core Banking Application, tools and data are available on the disaster recovery site at any time required. 
• Anticipates Core Banking application problems and implement preventive measures.
• Investigate and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize Core Banking application availability.
• Investigate user problems, identify root cause, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies to ensure state of the art information systems and networks. 
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for the effective use of system capabilities, design features, data communication requirements, and operating system capabilities. 
• Perform regular system monitoring, verification of the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review of system and application logs, and verification of completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
