•  Experienced in the IT technical role at least 2 year
•  Have experience and knowledge in Computing architecture
•  Have knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle
•  Having experience in administrating and supporting Microsoft
•  Have knowledge and experience in LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, VMware, PBX
•  Have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS.
•  Have capacity of troubleshooting and resolve issues in client (PC, Laptop, Printer)
•  Have knowledge and experience in managing backup system on windows, antivirus,
•  Health in good condition
•  Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable 

•  Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•  Delivering ICT services:
•  Prepare IT facilities for new comers in advance basing on the newcomer process
•  Classify, prioritize and follow up requests of end-users to provide IT service effectively and professionally
•  Manage and enforce IT policies, procedures & processes throughout company.
•  Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems such as: AD, File Server, LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, PBX, VMWare, antivirus and Backup.
•  Storage backup and recovery
•  Ensure all PCs working in good condition.
•  Support user for troubleshooting all issues related to IT.
