•  University degree in Computer Science or working experience
•  At least 1 year of experience in IT support or LAN administration
•  Previous experience in Service Provider business is a plus
•  Good experience in Windows, OS X, Linux, Cisco, virtualization
•  Be able to check, diagnose and replace computer hardware
•  Understanding of networks based on LAN and WAN on TCP/IP
•  Ability to cope up and enthusiasm with new technology
•  Ability to understand English (spoken, read and written)
