•  Bachelor Degree in related field
•  3-4 years of working experience in a similar position
•  The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality.
•  Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and computer skills required.
•  Good command in English.

IT Helpdesk Support

•  Provide day to day operations support and helpdesk support in HKL Cambodia Office
•  Attend Helpdesk phone calls and e-Mails
•  Handle user requests and log the calls

IT Project Implementation

•  Provide IT project support as a coordinator and as a liaison between Vendors and Users on project development and implementation
•  Support systems upgrade and replacement

Asset Management

•  Maintain hardware inventory and provide software license management
•  Hardware disposal management
•  IT Procurement and resource management

IT equipment Installation and Configuration

•  Install and configure network devices such as Cisco Router, Switch and Firewall
•  Server Hardware installation and OS installation
•  Provide PC hardware maintenance
•  PC hardware and software installation

Security Management

•  User Account Management
•  Password Unlock and Reset
•  Firewall Rules Review
•  Service Pack and Security Hot Fixes Management

Data Centre Monitoring

•  Monitor all hardware equipment’s inside the Data Centre
•  Monitor the temperature and humidity inside the Data Centre
•  Ensure proper systems backup

IT Audit

•  Implement IT Governance based on HKL standard
•  Perform audit preparation based on concepts of COSO and COBIT control frameworks
