SAMIC PLC, the Micro Finance Institution, (former CHC Limited) is a Public Limited Company with multinational shareholders. The company was transformed from the Credit Program of Cambodian Health Committee (CHC), an NGO established in March 1994. The core products/services of the company are providing financial products/services to low income and rural poor households in the target areas within Cambodia.

• At least 1year experience in related job
• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology degree, or Computer Science is required
• Knowledge Windows Operation and Network Administration 
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Be friendly , honestly, responsible, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure and travel to provinces
• Good knowledge of English

• Provide general supports to the operations of ICT Department
• Participate in ITC supports tasks with technical support team to branch and user levels
• Communicate with vendors or related stakeholder to solve the incident
• Set up, repair and configure computer hardware and software for employee use, perform and ensure proper installation of cables, operation systems and appropriate software
• Collect the feedback from branches regularly and report to related responsible personnel
• Responsible for system and file backup and restore for end-user
• Regularly maintain computer hardware and software including virus cleaning and security patch updates, and windows server and network LAN/WAN maintenance
• Ability to diagnose failures, replace and add components
• Perform other tasks assigned by Network And Security Administratior
