•  Assist advise in recruitment processes including developing job descriptions, advertising, arranging interviews, undertaking reference checks, issuing offer letters contracts.
•  To ensure implementation the human resource policy all national staff accordance Cambodia labour law.
•  Assist advise international staff are applying work permits visas ensure information kept up date.
•  Support performance management appraisal system staff, advising staff how use it.
•  Ensure staff taking leave submit approved leave forms manage leave reports.
•  Verify staff medical other claims, where appropriate.
•  Uphold explain BBC Media Action policies expectations performance behavior all staff.
•  Acts a positive dispassionate negotiator disputes.
•  As required, train staff HR administrative procedures.
•  Maintain database all employee contracts dates contract start, termination dates information starting salary increases.
•  Maintain complete set organizational charts, update distribute regularly key staff.
•  Supports implementation workplace health safety issues.
•  Any other tasks assigned by line supervisor.
