We are seeking Human Resource Manager with successful experience in implementing policies, procedures and internal regulations, managing recruitment and hiring process, and developing strategies related to human resource to support growth.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Management or related fields
•  Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources field
•  Ability to clearly explain concepts and ideas to others
•  Extremely reliable, mature and responsible character
•  Ability to identify problem issues and implement solutions
•  Driven to achieve the highest standards
•  Strong knowledge of labor law and regulations

Benefits:

•  Salary from 400$ - 600$ (negotiable)
•  Thirteen month salary

•  Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday

• Write and implement new policies, procedures, and internal regulations to help better govern all employees
•  Ensure compliance with Cambodia labor law
•  Minimize risks related to employee turnover, fraudulent activities, and morals
•  Develop programs to help motivate staff
•  Managing the recruitment and hiring process
•  Other tasks related to human resource as assigned by senior managers
