Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience as Housekeeping of minority three/four stars hotels.

Outstanding oral written English and Chinese communication skills.

High standard of customer services.

Performance Management skills and Communication skills.

Computer literacy with multi-program usage.

Accounting skills.
-
Strong Planning skills.
-
Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.

Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.

Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.

Job Duties :

Hotel General Rule and work place discipline
-
Room visiting and hotel area
-
How to welcome guest Enters and prepares the room for cleaning Bed,Making,Cleaning room & furniture
-
Replenishes guestroom, bath supplies and minibar Bathroom cleaning
-
Checks and secures the rooms
-
Replenish amenities according to the operational standards
-
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. extra towels or pillows
-
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
