Job Requirement :
  •  High School diploma, Bachelor Degree or other certificates 
  •  Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience as Housekeeping of minority three/four stars hotels.
  •  Outstanding oral written English and Chinese communication skills.
  •  High standard of customer services.
  •  Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
  •  Computer literacy with multi-program usage.
  •  Accounting skills.
  •  Strong Planning skills.
  •  Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
  •  Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
  •  Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
Job Duties :
  •  Hotel General Rule and work place discipline
  •  Room visiting and hotel area 
  •  How to welcome guest Enters and prepares the room for cleaning Bed,Making,Cleaning room & furniture
  •  Replenishes guestroom, bath supplies and minibar Bathroom cleaning
  •  Checks and secures the rooms
  •  Replenish amenities according to the operational standards
  •  Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. extra towels or pillows
  •  Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
