• Holding Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is preferable or related fields which focus on tourism industry
• At least 3+ working experience in the field of Hotel & Restaurant Management
• Knowledge of the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, yield management and problem resolution
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, P&L statements, operating budgets, forecasting and scheduling, and the reporting of financial data
• Understand the total hotel revenue management concepts, processes and strategies
• Strong work ethic or conscientious, self-motivated, negotiation skills, result oriented driven and demonstrate to high level of inter-personal skills
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in the job
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Computer Skill literate in MS Office and Internet & Email
• Be a team a player, honest, and hard-working
