• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting or a related field.
•  At least 5 years of treasury experiences.
•  Certify Treasury Professional(CTP) a plus 
•  Prior Experiences in high growth late stage startup to public company a big plus.
•  Candidate must be hand-on and detail oriented, work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and have excellence organizational skill.
•  Staff management; training/coaching and management experience. 
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. 
•  High motivation and ability to work without the supervision. 

•  Develop and monitor overall corporate liquidity strategy, and be the primary go to person for investments, and risk management related to company’s financial activities.
•  Oversee all cash management activities including monitoring cash balances.
•  Assist with the month-end close process, including accruals and general ledger account reconciliation.
•  Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, and related internal control.
•  Establish a monitor the company foreign exchange policy.
•  Manage the settlement of inter-company accounts.
•  Evaluate current treasury related processes and identify opportunity to automate and facilitate operational efficiencies.
•  Develop the cash forecast and detail understanding of the company global cash needs.
