As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will manage the marketing and sales units. You will be responsible for crafting marketing, digital, branding and sales strategies to meet the company’s brand awareness, sales and budget targets.

•  Graduated BBA or MBA degree in the field of Marketing or relevant field
•  5 years work experience in a similar field and function including 2 Years as Senior Management Level. Experience from a financial institution is a plus.
•  Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals through excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to scale and lead a high-performing team
•  Proven experience setting high-level strategies and building teams to meet them
•  Strong working knowledge of digital measurement and testing tools
•  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•  Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders
•  Proficient in English, both written and spoken 
•  Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

•  Drive strategy, budget, and execution for all marketing activities
•  Lead development of digital marketing strategy
•  Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets through continuous process improvement, training and coaching
•  Reports sales activities and loan application performance
•  Enhance monitoring of sales efforts through data gathering and analysis 
•  Participate to the company’s product development process by reporting market opportunities
•  Design and present strategies to strengthen relationship with clients and intermediaries 
•  Design and manage research efforts including customer satisfaction, new products, market, competition
•  Ensure brand image and company identity consistency internally and externally
•  Implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy
•  Manage all sales and marketing recruitment activities
