•  Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Business, Management, or other related field
•  At least 3 year experiences Product Development, Business Development, Research or other development related field
•  Computer literacy: Ms. Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Internet and Email
•  “Main Language in Communication both writing and verbal communication” Excellent communication skills, either good Khmer/English speaking or writing skills. 
•  Experience with MFI is preferred
•  Soft skill and other special work condition that we require for this position. 
•  Well managed on multi tasks/deadline and able to work under pressure.

•  Overseeing marketing department (Marketing and communication unit, Branding Unit and Brand Activation)
•  Prepare Marketing Budgeting
•  Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
•  Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
•  Communicating the marketing plan.
•  Researching demand for our products and services.
•  Competitor research.
•  Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
•  Building brand awareness and positioning.
•  Supporting sales and lead generation efforts by:
•  Promote Ly Hour Pay Pro Products and Services to the potential Client
•  To Build Branding awareness of the Ly Hour Agent to their prospection
•  Promotion New Products and Services Thru Direct Marketing
•  Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
•  Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
•  Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
