Introduction :

Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. The Group currently consists of the following subsidiaries: Chip Mong Trading, Chip Mong Industries, Chip Mong Land, Khmer Beverages, and Chip Mong Feed. In addition, CMG owns three Joint Ventures: Crown Khmer Beverage Cans, Chip Mong Insee Cement (CMIC) Corporation, and Chip Mong Ritta.

Job Requirement :
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information System or a closely related field
  • Two years of increasingly responsible experience in an information technology environment;
  • Two-plus years of experience in an organization supporting HR or an ERP
  • Experience with HR system
  • Experience with reporting and analytic applications from the technical support perspective (application support, object definitions, key-user support, etc.);
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles;
  • Customer service minded, and solutions oriented;
  • Interprets or discusses information with others, with often involve terminology and concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provides advice and recommends actions involving complex issues;
  • Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
  • System troubleshooting & Analysis
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of problems and personalities, while continuing to promote a professional and pleasant demeanor;
  • Ability to exercise substantial judgment and work with limited supervision;
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities especially employees experiencing frustration with technology; 
  • Knowledge in IT & HR, Recruiting, Learning, Performance
Job Duties :
  • To be part of Development team in order to architect the solution design in the HR area.
  • Analysis of business requirements.
  • Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support)
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
  • Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
  • Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
  • Establish good relationships with stakeholders throughout operating companies
  • Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities
  • Can conceptualize and communicate winning propositions - making complex ideas look simply.
  • Bright, ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas.
  • Outcome oriented - maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload.
  • Precise approach to project management and procedures.
  • Continuous improvement - Inquisitive - self teaching of relevant new business thinking and technology solutions.
  • Can contribute to a mixed workshop process
  • Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific functional requirement and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
  • Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
  • Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
  • Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area.
  • Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
  • Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
  • Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise Communication
  • Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for HR development tasks
  • Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for HR development tasks
  • Maintain process documentation for HR processes & tasks
  • Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
