Blue Media Films (Cambodia) mission is to provide the customers with high quality featured documentary, video production, TV commercial spot, and other printed media services. Currently we are producing and receiving many projects from customers to help them deliver messages to their target audience.

Job Description :

HR and Business Development Officer role is to assist Human Resources and Business Development Manager by performing various HR and administrative tasks, clerical duties, Research Development Plan as well as undertaking a part of daily Human Resources and Business Development Operation.

The offering position accounted 30% Segment of HRBD Control. The Position Holder’s is expected to be familiar with the task listed in DR (below) at least 70%. 

Job Requirement :
  •  A bachelor's degree in English Literature, Media, or a similar skill.
  •  Must have at least 2 or more years of related work experience of secretarial duty in Media Industry/Private Company.
  •  Must be able to use Office software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point .etc.)
  •  Must be excellent command of written and spoken English.
  •  Fluency or ability to use one or many other languages is an advantage.
  •  Wide understanding of different cultures and broad general knowledge.
  •  Proposal initiative and research skills and able to maintain confidentiality.
  •  Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued.
  •  Able to pay attention to detail, write clear, concise and objectively based.
  •  Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
  •  Abilities to perform the role and mission travel to provinces when required.
  •  Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
  •  Applicants submitted with Study Records/Transcripts are highly prioritized.
Job Duties :
  • Coordinate in recruitment and selection cycles.
  • Preparing new staff contract and renew the expiration date.
  • Training and Development (Involve with doing TNA).
  • Taking part in Compensation and Benefits Execution.
  • Working with key ministry to comply all company documents.
  • Making outsourcing and related company contract.
  • Doing Staff empowerment strategies and execute.
  • Internal Policy management and monitoring.
  • Taking part in monitoring and analyzing market trends to maximize source of income.
  • Taking part in research and survey to identify new target markets.
  • Taking part in analyzing customer behavior and developing strategies to communicate.
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products/services to target customers.
  • -       Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer.
  • -       Perform other tasks assign by direct supervisor.
