Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor degree / MBA in Business and Administration field/ Financial and Banking or related field.
  •  Understand about policy and procedure of institution
  •  Understand Labor Law, Contract Law, Regulation, Prakas, and Announcement of MOL, NBC, and MOC.
  •  Have 3 years’ experience and knowledge from HR field especially in compliance and policy.
  •  Analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
  •  Have known about NBC guideline.
  •  Be Patience, Honest, and trustworthy
  •  Have a command in writing English is an advantage.
  •  Good communication skill and team work.
  •  The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  •  Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English.

Job Duties :
  •  Develop and implement HR Policy and strategies aligned with the overall.
  •  Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
  •  Maintains and enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  •  To assist, develop, implement and adhere to corporate and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  •  Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  •  Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  •  Prepare HR monthly report.
  •  Control stationery and office supply.
  •  Manage company’s assets and count 2times per year.
  •  Knowledge Cambodia Law and Compliance.
  •  To develop annual training plans and prepare monthly report to supervisor.
  •  Prepare proposal for purchasing equipment, stationery for institution.
  •  Prepare all staff contract.
  •  File personal data of all employees complying with technical standard.
  •  Control document in and out.
  •  To enable to work with other Ministry and National Bank of Cambodia.
  •  Organize internal training, meeting room, yearly seminar, annual party and other events;
  •  Other tasks requested by supervisors.
