• Bachelor degree in Management or Business Administration or related field.
•  2 year of experience with English
•  Strong administration skills.
•  A high level of confidentiality.
•  Excellent interpersonal.
•  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  The flexibility and willingness to learn and challenge.
•  To enjoy working with people.
•  The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.

• Lead to implement the HR Functions (Recruitment & selection, new staffs orientation, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Relation…)
•  Set up HR planning for company.
•  Revising HR Policy and Procedure Manual, Internal Regulation and other admin form.
•  Manage Training Need Assessment and set up Training plan for all positions. 
•  Follow up Performance Appraisal arrangement.
•  Build employee relation- problem solving, staffs’ concern, inspiring, staffs promoting or terminating and compliance.
•  To oversee the Admin Functions are implemented with effectiveness3
•  And other job assigned by CEO.
