•Bachelor Degree in field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related fields;
•At least 3 years’ experience relating to staff recruiting, employee relation, & HR compliance;
•Good command of English both Speaking & Writing;
•Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill;
•Ability to work independently with less supervision;
•Demonstrate good communications and presentation skills;
•Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practice.
