•  Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related filed.
•  At least 3 years’ experiences with HR filed.
•  Computer literate (Microsoft office) internet & e-mail must require.
•  Good personal relation, self-motivated, honest, self-discipline, team and commitment.
•  Strong interpersonal, team building negotiation skills.
•  Good command spoken written English.
•  Teamwork and willing work under pressure.
•  Excellent morality & professionally.
•  Very good in leadership.
•  High motivation ability work without supervision.

 Overall Responsibilities

• Representing Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution Plc. to perform/ operate Human Resource Department smoothly and transparency.
•  Managing and controlling Admin Department and all related documents submitted by subordinates.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Recruit and select potential candidates to put at free vacancy.
•  Prepare notices advertisements vacant staff positions.
•  Schedule and organize interviews.
•  Inform to successfully candidates.
•  Provide orientation to new staff.
•  Prepare, develop and implementation procedure and policies on human resource.
•  Establish employee compensation, bonus and incentive scheme policy.
•  Establish employee performance appraisal policy.
•  To prepare and write job description (JD) and employment contract.
•  Joining design company organization chart.
•  Managing Employee Performance Evaluation process
•  Maintain employees’ personnel files.
•  Other duties as assigned by Management.
