• Keeping & monitoring all staff profiles, records & collecting all staff related data
• Keying in, updating and ensuring accuracy and privacy of all staff data into the system/folder
• Drafting, preparing and issuing staff contract and other staff movement letters (Promotion, Transfer, Resignation etc…)
• Monitoring and processing all staff leave, attendance and finger print
• Monitoring, processing and documenting labor compliance and work permit
• Monitoring, processing and recording staff insurance, annual medical checkup and business travel reports
• Preparing and updating staff newsletter, monthly staff list and contact list
• Preparing and processing on-boarding preparation for new staffs
• Assisting in collecting payroll preparation and process
• Performing other tasks or projects as assigned by Leader/Assistant/Manager/GM
