• MBA/BA in business administration or relevant field
• Strong working experience of HRM and HRD, at least 3-5 years
• Commitment to staying current understanding of related application laws and procedures
• Proficient in MS, knowledge of HRMS is a plus

• Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all HR Department initiatives, policies, procedure, and system 
• Leadership and instructional aptitudes needed to provide training and oversight on policies and procedure 
• Continues involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job description, posting advertisement, and managing the hiring process
• Strategic development skill to develop and evaluate on boarding plans.
• Cultivate training and develop programs
• Composure and confidentiality require to handle disciplinary and grievance issues
• Administrative duties, including upkeep of employment records
• Maintains budget spreadsheet that include salaries, payroll tax, staff welfare, and compensation 
• Perform job evaluation and job analyses
• Conducts and analyzing compensation surveys
• Compliance with all policies and legal requirements 
• Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working condition to ensure legal compliance
