•  Bachelor degree in Management or other degree
•  At least 1 year - experience in Administration or HR
•  Knowledge in using English
•  Effective communication and facilitation skills
•  Willingness to work in flexible hour 

•  To control stock 
•  To plan and coordination of building maintaining 
•  To regularly check the office equipment such as air conditioner, computers, and other machinery in company
•  To control vehicle and room booking 
•  To perform to procurement and quotation
•  To support HR & Admin manager for HR functions.
•  Office innovation and other task assigned from time to time
