• Number of Hiring: 3 to 5 Job Title: Securities and Investment Representative
• Job Location: Phnom Penh; What including: Fixed Salary + extra monthly bonus and year end performance bonus

• Gender : Male/Female 
• Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in HRM, Management, Business Admin or related field
• Experience: Prefer 2 years experiences in HRM 
• Attitude: Has good interpersonal skills, be able to use initiative and independent, be able to work under pressure
• Language: Excellent in English and fluent in Khmer, ability to speak Chinese is an asset 
• Computer : Ms. Office, internet and Email

• Responsible for staff recruitment and selection
• Conduct staff orientation and coordinator internal and external training or seminar
• Prepare monthly payroll for all staffs, bonus and other staff allowances
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (“SOP”), Employment Contract and Scope of Work (SOW) for all staffs
• Develop and revise HR policy
• Coordinate performance appraisal for all employees
• Control staff attendance and prepare monthly report
• Follow up the new regulation from SECC and CSX
• Work with Ministry of Labor regarding labor works such as quota, work permit and so on
• Deal with all issues related to staff benefit, safety, conflict
• Deal with all issues of the administration works
• Other tasks assigned by manager
