SOHO Diversified Group is seeking a qualified individual to fill the positions of Retail Operations Assistant Supervisor, Brand Manager & Marketing Executive.

Job Requirement :
  •  Superb communication skills (English and Khmer)
  •  Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
  •  Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  •  Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  •  Competence to quickly build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  •  Confidence in directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
  •  Ability to deliver high employee satisfaction and appropriate development and reward for individuals
  •  Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  •  In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, labor law and HR best practices

  •  Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on a regular basis
  •  Establish and coordinate recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  •  Counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews
  •  Prepare employees for new assignments by conducting orientation and training
  •  Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay reviews, job evaluations, and monitoring and scheduling pay actions
  •  Prepare HR budget for review and recommend revisions to improve pay structure
  •  Work with managers to actively monitor and appraise employee performance, including training and disciplinary actions
  •  Schedule meetings with employees to hear and resolve employee grievances and provide counseling
  •  Measure employee satisfaction and retention, and identify areas that need improvement
  •  Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
  •  Investigate and direct the processing of benefit claims
  •  Ensure all company policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with current employment law
  •  Update and recommend human resource policies and procedures to seniormanagement
  •  Oversee confidential filing and retrieval system for human resource records
  •  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
  •  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
