BBA MBA degree Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, HR Management related field 5+ of HR Management Role preferably within MFIs, Financial Leasing Banking

Proficient Microsoft Office tools including project, Word Excel

Excellent communication leadership skill

Action oriented results driven

Extensive knowledge the Labor Law HR Compliance Cambodian context

Job Duties :

Overall HR management:
-
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health welfare benefits, training development, records management, safety health, succession planning, employee relations retention, compliance, labor relations.
-
Guides management employee actions by researching, developing, writing, updating policies, procedures, methods, guidelines; communicating enforcing organization values. Liaises managers ensure effective implementation HR policies procedures, headcount management, recruitment, assessment, staff welfare, etc.

Develops human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting anticipating requirements, trends,variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing impact variances.

Enhances department company reputation by accepting ownership accomplishing and different requests; exploring opportunities add value job accomplishments.

Human capital management:
-
Manages human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

Updates job knowledge by participating conferences educational opportunities; reading publications; maintaining personal networks; participating professional organizations.

Develops organization strategies by identifying researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, recommendations organization strategic thinking direction; establishing human resources objectives line organizational objectives.
