Job Description :

The role shall assist the Group HR Manager to start up a new Business Entity and to lead a team of HR &Training Executives, Administrators and Receptionists. The role shall be responsible for full spectrum of the HR functions including recruitment of few hundred headcounts by 2015. The role shall be heavily engaged with key management and 
operation teams to look at “big picture” planning and roll out strategic recruitment plans, policies and flow chart, performance appraisal system, KPIs setting and linking to increment, promotion and bonus; improve manpower attraction, retention, productivity and growth. The role shall ensure right policies are in place to attract and retain the best talent in the Company.  All HR policies should be fair and just, following the employment laws of the Country and processes and best practices in place.

Job Requirement :
  • The right candidate should come with a HR or Business degree with at least 12 years of HR strategic management experience in a large company with culturally diversified environment.  Those with HR set-up experience and coming from construction, property developer group, manufacturing or related industry will be highly preferred.
  • You are excellent in labour law and able to coach your team in every aspect of policies. You are great in designing HR templates and highly organized in getting HR reports on time.
  • You are someone who can see the “big picture” within an organization yet hands-on in planning and rolling out change initiatives. You are someone strategic yet is able to work along with business managers to engage strategies, align goals and ensure manpower plans. 
  • You are highly confident, great in collaborating ideas and achieving HR plans and goals.  
  • You are a great negotiator, good interpersonal skills, strategic yet hands-on in getting things done, caring and a good listener, enjoys working within a multi-cultural environment. 
  • You have great spoken and written English and able to conduct presentation with high confidence
