The role shall assist the Group HR Manager to start up a new Business Entity and to lead a team of HR &Training Executives, Administrators and Receptionists. The role shall be responsible for full spectrum of the HR functions including recruitment of few hundred headcounts by 2015. The role shall be heavily engaged with key management and
operation teams to look at “big picture” planning and roll out strategic recruitment plans, policies and flow chart, performance appraisal system, KPIs setting and linking to increment, promotion and bonus; improve manpower attraction, retention, productivity and growth. The role shall ensure right policies are in place to attract and retain the best talent in the Company. All HR policies should be fair and just, following the employment laws of the Country and processes and best practices in place.
