• Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields
•  At less 5 years experiences in HR management 
•  Good command of English; Fluency of both spoken and written
•  Knowledge Human Resources Management including Hiring, Human Resources
•  Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, 
•  Strong Management Skill and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
•  Excellent relationship management with management and staff
•  Critical thinking and problem solving skills
•  Critical analytical skills, planning and organizing
•  Strong discipline and organized
•  Competent in using Microsoft Office, Internet, emails, etc.
•  Full-Time Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, 
• Equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
•  Maintain the work structure by updating regulation and job descriptions for all positions
•  Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training and  discipline employees.
•  Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
•  Manage monthly staff payroll,
•  Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
•  Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations.
•  Approve staff leave request forms, Memo, staff contract,
•  Solve all department issues such as high employee turnover, security, safety, compensation and benefit.
•  Able to check night club every often 
•  Prepare HR monthly report to Country Director
•  Other task as assigned by Country Director.
