Job Requirement :
  •  Graduated Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, HR or relevant field. 
  •  Good command in English, can speak Chinese is plus
  •  Experience in related field is preferable
  •  Good in business acumen
  •  Good in negotiation and problem solving
  •  Initiative, high sense of responsibility
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Planning and organizing


  •  Salary based on skill and negotiation

Job Duties :
  •  HR Business Partner (Can speak English)
  •  HR Business Partner (Can speak Chinese) 
  •  Handle staff performance evaluation, internal promotion and transferring referral scheme
  •  Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers 
  •  Work closely with hiring managers to complete job specification and job description and find out the vacancies based on replacement and Head Count 
  •  Provide day to day performance management guidance to line manager (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary action)
  •  Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morals and increase productivity and retention
  •  Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  •  Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  •  Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  •  Provide the employee with mentoring, motivation, coaching and make sure employee performance aligned with business needs 
  •  Resolve problem
  •  Exit interview, exit clearance and retention if needed
