• Bachelor degree of HR Management or other related filed
• At least 1 years working experiences for the related field
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail
• Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills
• Hard-working, honesty, friendly and flexible
• Able to communicate with all management levels

• Control and check staff attendant, assist in payroll and pay slips preparation
• To ensure confidentiality of all documents for all staff and record in order
• Assist and prepare documents for training program or orientation for new staff
• Assist the recruitment process
• Support training courses and materials such as manual, training documents/handouts
• Coordinate with various parties to arrange trainings according to the plan
• Collect monthly schedule from each department and report to HR Manager
• Other duties assigned by the management
