Introduction :

Smiling Gecko Switzerland (SGS) was established in 2012 as a not-for- profit organization under Swiss law. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint. Smiling Gecko is a non- governmental organization engaged in a number of development and aid projects. These include humanitarian projects assisting children, families and village communities through campaigns and / or direct aid; mediation services, bringing the people behind projects (or the relevant sponsors) into contact with potential donors; allocation of donations according to the wishes of the donors; information for donors on the progress of projects and how their money is spent. Meanwhile, SGS is partnering with a network of esteemed Swiss institutions who sustain our projects by supplying financial funds and lending them their specific know-how and / or by taking on such responsibilities as planning, design, training, coordination and controlling both in Switzerland and Cambodia.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 2+ years of experience in supervisory or managerial role in relevant field 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English 
• High level of multi-tasking skill and be able to perform the job independently
• Good computer skills in MS Word, and MS Excel, the Internet and Email
• Good service attitude, and work well under pressure for excellent result
• Can-do attitude, diligence, and good leadership or coordination skills 

Job Duties :

• Responsible for administration and human resources matters as assigned by Country Director of Smiling Gecko Cambodia
• Maintain the personnel records, and administer the NGO’s work rules, benefit scheme, internal employee relation policies, and recruitment process 
• Establish and monitor all aspects of file system, office maintenance/supplies, messenger services and ensure smoothly all the office work functions
• Prepare and organize the purchase of necessary office supplies and forms
• Coordinate the maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, the internet and other office automation as well as equipment when necessary
• Provide assistance needed to complete special projects that involve the NGO’s operation
• Prepare the monthly/yearly reports in relevant administrative duties and keep the management informed and solving problems according the NGO’s guideline
