Job Description :

The Document Controller reports directly to the Project Manager and is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the project team, contractors and suppliers in support of the day-to-day operation of the project and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them. This includes, but is not limited to, operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports, correspondence and project management files.

Job Requirement :
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fresh Graduate Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to fluently read, speak, write and comprehend the English language
Job Duties :
  • Assist with the job posting process: posting jobs, expire job postings, and submit applicants to Hiring Manager.
  • Assist recruiter with screening and reviewing resumes.
  • Schedule and perform phone interviews with candidates. 
  • Maintain all filing of HR related documents as assigned by HR Managers. 
  • Process new hire paperwork.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment report.
  • Support administrative tasks.
  • Backup other team members when needed.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
