•Graduate in mechanic or electrical
•Minimum 5 year experience in supervisory role, preferably in power plant industry
•Good practical technical knowledge & safety awareness
•Good computer skill
•Team player with good supervision & communication skills
•Able to do multi tasks & work under pressure.

• Manage Plant’s HFO/Generators operation and equipment.
• Lead PM&R program for the Plant’s HFO/Generators equipment. 
• Identify/analyze cases of equipment failure with proper preventive/corrective actions.
• Manage the Team, shift scheduling, staff training & development.
• Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices.
• Manage all material usage & maintenance costs.
• Manage contracted services for the Plant’s HFO/Generators equipment.
