• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields;
•  At least 1 year experience relate with demand, planning & Import & export process
• Window application , Word, Excel, power point, outlook, internet, email
• Good English communication
• Good at communication skills, leadership
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadline;
• Flexible and talent in solving problem skills.

•  Demand & planning QTY order stock to local & over sea  supplier. Print daily PO
• Send Daily PO & OOS item to supplier
• Follow up the shipment by e-mail or cell-phone.
• Control & Report Over stock and Out of stock item
• Set up schedule order & delivery
• Provide report service level of each supplier
• Prepare the payment to supplier
• Prepare discrepancy report after the shipment arrived at DC to suppliers for Debit/Credit note
• Prepare the unloading expenses of each shipment that arrived at DC
• Arrange import document for bring product in
• Correspond with shipping agencies or coordinate the delivery of goods through suppliers to ensure they arrive on site according to schedule.
• To maintains vendor relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by management(s).
