• Certificate or technical skill in a related field
• At least 1 year working experience in graphic design 
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Web design, Video Editing Program, MS Office, and other design software is a plus
• Proficiency in Khmer and English
• Creative concept, hard-working, flexible, honest, high commitment and willing to work as a team

• Knowledge of what appeals to different target audiences
• High level of imagination and creativity
• Strong communication skills
• Prepares rough design concepts
• Uses different icons, colors, approaches, styles and sizes in designs to attract the attention of the audience
• Uses industry standard graphics
• Creates a specific “look and feel” for pages
