•  At least 5+ years of experience with system development and Graphic Design
•  Be able to develop/customize core insurance system 
•  Experience in system collaboration and online service integration.
•  Experience in documenting and training material
•  Understanding software architecture to provide improvements
•  Experience in code compilation processing, encode and decode processing. 
•  Experience with performance optimization and code refactoring
•  Solid English speaking and writing
•  Bachelor degree in field of application development/computer science or related field. 
•  Deep knowledge in Google Earth/Map 
•  Have knowledge and experience related to Graphic design
•  Creative idea for interior and exterior design 

Preferred Requirements: 

•  Graduated master degree 
•  Certification of training related to system/application development

•  3D Rendering (Building, exterior and interior) and Architect and Design Layout (Exterior and interior).
•  Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
•  Technical and operational advice to other members for IT department projects and systems
•  Establish, maintain, and communicate architectural design
•  Actively review and approve, as appropriate, changes to the enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and associated standards.
•  Recommend and seek management approval for strategic direction of technology.
•  Proactively works with compliance to ensure the proper controls are in place and are maintained.
•  Ensures compliance with all corporate IT directives in a consistent manner. 
•  Support of company IT facilities for seminars and conferences.
•  Manage, maintain and inventorying of IT assets.
•  Procurement of required hardware and software.
•  Control Land GPS and Map.
•  Control Land system.
