• Degree holder in sales, marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, graphic design and Event organize
• Preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proactive and motivated personality
• Possess strong planning, organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing
• Highly effective, result oriented and able to work under high pressure
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
• Excellent in writing and speaking English
• Able to travel and station in upcountry

• To assist the Marketing team in the brand development program.
• To support the brand team of brands portfolio and drive long term growth.
• To make design of POSM/Shop sign/Banner/Poster and other ads tool
• To manage the marketing mix of Pricing, Promotion, Products and Distribution towards profitability and sales.
• To assist the Marketing team in the key marketing fundamentals, such as development and alignment of Business Channel Plans into Brand Plans
• To organize and creation of promotional plans for trade activation
• To ensure timely implementation of effective consumer marketing plans, including new product launches in line with brand strategies.
