•  Bachelor degree or above in any kind of engineering field. 
•  Proven track record with 5 Years plus experience as Site Engineer (Building) of construction site. 
•  Be confident, assertive and independent. 
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skill. 
•  Relationship building and people management skill. 
•  Good interpersonal skill. 
•  Very good command of speaking, reading and writing in English, 
•  Understand about engineering skill as Mechanical, Electrical, AC, Plumbing, Painting Work.

• Salary 500 USD
• To centralize all projects documentations pertaining to construction, equipment installation in all service station & consumer sites. Understanding company standards, safety, procedures and local Regulations to check/verify the level of compliance of each site. 
•  Main deliveries of the job Holder are: Project Budget Follow up, Technical specification, Standard, Architectural Drawing, Technical Drawing, Scope of Work, Cost Elimination, Main Equipment Delivery, Kick-Off Meeting, Regular Site Meeting, Site Supervision, Reports, Hand-Over and Project file Compilation. 
•  Take into account the responsibility of health, Safety, and Environment. Safety Inspection, Reporting and Following Up including the action plan has to be planned and implemented systemically. 
•  Report to Engineering Manager Regularity the status of each Projects Regarding Time, Scope, Budget Expenses and HSEQ. 
•  Professionally coordination between Internal Departments (Operations, Retail, Consumer, Purchasing, Finance, and External (Officials, Contractors, Dealers, Dealer Contractors, Engineering Companies, Consultants,). Related to Technical, HSEO $ stakeholder's management to ensure smooth processing in order to deliver companies objectives on time. 
•  Be able to provide conceptual design for new/remodeled service stations including shop and other related business activities. 
•  Assist other project team to prepare monthly progress payment with progress report assets list and other supporting document to finance. 
•  Project handover with proper document after completion to Dealer/Retail and the Engineering Maintenance Team.
