• Daily operation 
•  Market research and sale planning
•  Pricing monitoring of competitive brands in Phnom Penh
•  Competitor market activities and market research, description and product competitiveness
•  Market research (sales activities and marketing)
•  Grey market activities- which models are imported, pricing points, etc.
•  Marketing-works closely with cooperating marketing of HGB Group to support the development of marketing activities, execute activities jointly with team.
•  Sales training
•  Manage and handle sales team-daily sales monitoring
•  Manpower management
•  Develop customer relationship system for Kawasaki.
•  Dealer network development both in Phnom Penh and Provinces.
•  Prepare weekly and monthly report such as sales result and company’s status.
•  Support the MD with business reviews, business plan.
•  Manage team-after sales/workshop
•  Spare parts management
•  Any other duties assigned by management
•  Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.
