•  Master Degree in business management or related fields
•  At least five years of management experience or consultancy in FMCG
•  Experience in company restructuring is preferred 
•  Strong customer network and relationship building skills
•  Good organizational and time management skills
•  Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building
•  Computer literacy and English language proficiency, other foreign languages skill is a plus

•  Develop business plan and strategies to fulfill the company’s vision and mission.
•  Introduce/implement effective management system to actively engage all members of the management team and staff to optimize company’s performance.
•  Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, motivate staff and award best performers.
•  Manage the business operation to deliver outstanding results in all areas including revenue growth, productivity, and profit.
•  Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the business plan.
•  Create an operating environment that assures collaborative teamwork environment which lead to consistent clients’ satisfaction.
•  Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.
•  Develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives.
•  Prepare financial reports that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.
•  Maintain a pro-active human resource function to increase employee motivation; establish training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.
