• Bachelor Degree/High Diploma in Business Administration or other related field
• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
• Required female candidates having pleasing personalities with pretty
• Good spoken English and Khmer. Speak other languages is an advantages.
• Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
• Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
• Able to work for Flexible Schedule

• Welcome, listen and handle customer’s queries and complaints through face-to-face, phone calls or written communication.
• Involve in chasing potential sales leads, as well as contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase or to inquire as to whether they are looking for a new product
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in assigned showroom area
• Actively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer’s needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.
• Assist the Business Development Manager with ensuring furniture product and displays are maintained per the sales showroom.
• Assist the customer with any enquiries and attempt to understand the price range and so on, as rapidly as possible
• Communicate customer feedback to Business Development Manager, Workshop Manager and Interior Designer concerning product requests, problems and suggestions.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales report to Business Development Manager

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
