Introduction :

SANGAM HOTEL & RESORT is an entertainment resort, and operating in the Cherng Phnom Village, Tropangprey Commune, Anlong Veng District, Oddormeanchey province that is an international Cambodia & Thai gate. We are seeking for dynamic candidate, who would like to gain work experience to fill in our company.

Job Requirement :
  • At least bachelor of business administration, hospitality, hotel and tourism management or other relevant fields,
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in customer relations, hospitality, front desk, reception or relevant working experiences,
  • Fluent written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of Ms. Office in Word, Excel, Internet & Email,  
  • Ability to work well without supervision, demonstrates initiative, and successfully balances technical & guest services
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Friendly but firm and
  • Loyalty, honesty and enthusiasm. 
Job Duties :
  •  Lead and direct the team to ensure the smooth operation of Front Desk functions,
  • Participate in training of all Front Desk associates; act as a resource to associates,
  • Check guests/visitors in and out of the hotel; perform daily front desk agent duties,
  •  Meet guest/visitor requests as per the arrivals list; follow up with guests/visitors who have not yet checked out of the hotel,
  • Monitor the registration against in-house guests/visitors; maintains smooth operation of the front desk,
  • Ensure all duties are completed in a timely and organized manner. (i.e. VIP list, arrivals, blocking rooms, in-house bucket); communicate information to the associated departments,
  • Communicate clearly with Manager of daily regime at the Front Desk,
  • Understand the need and willingness to work in other related departments during peak periods as required,
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Courteously and accurately answer inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations. 
  • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
  • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve associate and customers issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc.
  • Cross Check all billing instructions are correctly updated 
  • Control cash transactions at the front desk and maintain complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.
  • Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
  • Ensure duties on task list are completed; perform other related duties as required.
