Job Conditions:

•  Working shift: 
•  Shift A from 7:30am-3:30pm
•  Shift B From 12:00pm-20:00pm, 13:00pm-21:00pm, 14:00pm-22:00pm
•  Working Six days per week, 
•  One Day off per week is rotated
•  Required to work public holiday with holiday bonus.

•  Welcoming and treating customers in a most friendly and patient manner
•  Selling SIM cards, scratch cards, top up and other services
•  Registering and handling customers’ problems and complains
•  Checking and filling in relevant documents and data into computer information systems
•  Performing work in compliance with the corporate procedures and instructions
•  Ensuring confidentiality of the company data and customer details.
