Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. • University degree
• 3+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role in store at the department or division level
• Proven competencies in effective communication and management
• Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
• Good command of English
• Numerical and analytical knowledge to properly manage cash and financial records
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Confidence to lead and direct a team of associates
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Strengths in leadership, management, team building, and problem solving
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment
• Understanding of basic business management functions
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude 

• Ensure merchandise standards are on line with company standards (planogram)
• Hit target and implement strategy to improve sales
• Control stock (out of stock and overstock ) and order or return consequently according to supplier trading terms
• Hit target Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals
• Manage division budgets and maintain financial records
• Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Prepare various promotional materials and in-store displays
• Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure store location lives up to standard
• Recruit train, supervise and motivate his team members (staff)
