•  Bachelor degree or above
•  Forwarding industry experience at least 5 years, and team leading experience
•  Excellent project management ability and good communication skills.
•  Familiar with airline and shipping line and customs regulation of import and export of ports
•  Proven service mind and problem solving ability.
•  Excellent English and Chinese speaking and writing, plus good office skills.

•  Taking charge of forwarding operation, air and sea freight, space booking, import customs clearance and export customs clearance and port to door arrangement 
•  Providing one stop solution based on customers’ requirements via utilizing our own resource but also from third party local resources of broker, trucking, warehousing…etc.
•  Leader of professional, as a leader of service provider, always standby for customers’ inquiry 
•  Close monitor on daily operation and exception handling and on time escalation if any 
•  Team management and talent development 
•  Continuous efficiency improvement and flow optimization
•  Humble for new knowledge and new project implement
