•  College graduation 
•  Must have a strong management skills
•  Acquired basic mathematical skills 
•  Strong communication and time management skills
•  Creativity in decision making and handling issues
•  Must be a team player to motivate cashiers to optimal performance

•  Responsible for online banking operation
•  Responsible fot checking and supervising the activities of cashiers to promote productivity in the company
•  Train the new cashiers on the job ,giving clear directions and guidelines on how to work effeciently and effectively
•  Cashier implementation and record
•  Confirmation of reconciliation at the time of transfer
•  Familiar with computer data processing ( e.g. microsoft word, excel and powerpoint)
•  Ability to manage 8-10 people in the team
