• Bachelor's degree of accounting or business admin
•  Over 5 years experiences as a financial in major company. 
•  Splendid management experience
•  Business level of English
•  Willing to suggest improvement plans actively, based on analysis on financial situations 
•  Those who are good at coordinating cooperating other team as a manager

 Preferred Requirements: 

•  Master’s degree in related field
• 7 years of experience in related field

•  Overall management of financial affairs, Accounting report, checking cash flow/ management KPI 
•  Supervising team to execute audit mission to ensure the effectiveness of audit mission and internal control system is designed and implemented in appropriate way
•  Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations were implemented by all staff and management of the Company
•  Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
•  Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
•  Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction operation 
•  Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
•  Oversee the issuance of financial information
•  Personally review and approve all reporting packages
•  Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
•  Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
•  Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
•  Report financial results to the board of directors
